How EveryMap works

EveryMap takes a Google Maps link you share with it and opens the place in a different map app. There is no account and nothing to set up.

  1. Tap a place in Google Maps and hit Share.
  2. Pick EveryMap from the share sheet.
  3. The place opens in the map app you chose.

Choose which apps EveryMap offers you in Settings → Maps. With a single app selected, EveryMap opens it straight away. With several, it asks which one each time.

A link did not work

Tap Report a problem on the error screen before emailing us. That sends the link along with a technical log of that conversion attempt, which is what we need to reproduce the problem. Nothing is sent unless you confirm it.

Google changes the format of its links from time to time, and these reports are how we find out.

It worked, but it took a while

Most links carry the place's coordinates and open in a second or two. When a link doesn't, EveryMap has to ask Google for them, and on the free plan it does so by loading Google Maps in the background, which can take up to 30 seconds. Pro skips that step for most links.

Asking for another map app

Use Settings → Request more map apps, or email us the name of the app. We read every request.

Subscription

EveryMap is free to use. Pro resolves links faster and more reliably.
